Do you offer WHOLESALE ordering?

OMI Beads is sold in exclusive boutiques throughout the Unites States and Canada. To apply for a Wholesale Account, please complete the information on our Wholesale Registration page. 

SHIPPING

When will I receive my order? 

Most readymade orders ship within 1-2 business days. Because all of our jewelry is hand designed and crafted, please allow up to 2 weeks for custom orders to ship and up to 3 weeks for wholesale orders. Shipping times may differ during the busy Holiday Season so, please order within enough time if you are ordering as a gift or for a special event. See our Shipping Policy for further details.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

What if, when I receive my order, it isn't as expected? 

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you'd like to exchange an item you may do so within 30 days of the order date. Please see our complete Returns Policy fordetails.
